| GENERAL

By commissioning me, you're agreeing and committing to the following Terms of Service and conditions:★ I have the right to decline a commission request for any reason.★ I have the right to cancel a commission mid-process if the client is being excessively rude, won't respect my boundaries after repeated warnings... etc. No money will be refunded.★ Personal and monetized use are both allowed with proper credit. (Monetized as in, using my art in monetized videos/streams, thumbnails, pfps of monetized channels...).★ I am not accepting commissions for commercial use (selling my art, producing merch...).★ The use of commissioned works for NFT/genAI is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

| PAYMENT & REFUND

★ Prices will be in EUR/€.★ Payment will be via PayPal invoices only.★ Full payment upfront. I won't start the commission until payment is sent.★ Monetized use: +100% of final price.★ For rushed commissions, I will apply a rush fee between 25-50%.★ I will not accept any bargain attempt.★ No refunds unless something happens and I'm unable to finish the commission. I am not responsible for external fees during this process.Please, don't rush in with your decision and make sure you have extra funds in case an emergency happens and you need that money back. We are not responsible for how you manage your money.

| COPYRIGHT

1. The artist (criimsu) claims the full rights of the produced artwork. Moreover, the artist reserves the rights to:★ Share commissioned works in their social media accounts if desired.★ Include commissioned works in their portfolio, commission sheets, samples/promotional samples, etc.★ Reproduce/Recreate/Edit a commission piece for merchandising or any other project.The points above won't apply if the client wants their commission to remain private.2. The following points are considered copyright infringement:★ Claim the commissioned work as your own.★ Reproduce/Use the commissioned work for commercial purposes.★ Modify or edit the commissioned work.★ Share the commissioned work without proper credit.

SKETCHPAGE STYLE

BUST — 50€ ...... HALF BODY — 80€

This is the base price for a single character. Final payment may increase depending on the number of characters & complexity of the piece.★ For every additional bust/half body added: +100% of base price.★ Additional character: +70% of base price. 2 characters max.★ Complex designs or details (eg. genshin, hsr), additional props, etc: between +20-75% of final base price.★ You can choose freely between having only bust(s), half body(ies) or a combination of both in a single page! 1-3 poses MAX.★ Flat background of your choice. (If you don't have anything in mind, I'll pick a color myself).★ Please understand that I'm still learning, so there might be things I'm not capable of execute yet. I'll always be honest with you.★ I don't design characters from scratch. For OCs/sonas always provide reference pics/sheets. It doesn't have to be a high quality drawing! As long as the reference shows a finished design I can work with that.EXAMPLES:
1 bust including an additional character = 85€ base price
1 bust + 1 halfbody = 130€ base price
2 half bodies, one of them including an additional character = 216€ base price

| PROCESS

★ All communication will be via gmail only. Try to answer within 24-48h for a better work flow.★ After your commission is accepted, I will send you a PayPal invoice.★ Once I send you the initial sketch, you'll have 3 revisions to ask for changes. Any more changes after that will cost an additional fee (unless the nature of the fix is from my own mistake).★ After your commission is done, you'll have 3 more free revisions in case you wanted a last-minute touch up or small detail correction (for obvious reasons, I won't accept big changes at this point).★ At the end, I'll send you two versions of your commission: one with a watermark and one without one. Please use the watermarked one if you're going to share it on your socials!★ Turnaround time: 1 week-3 months (from the moment I start the sketch and will depend on the capacity of the queue, complexity of the piece...).I like to be honest and to have clear communication with my clients, that means I'll send you updates when needed! But sometimes I can forget so feel free to ask for updates yourself (but don't spam...). Also, I might post personal stuff between commissions to keep my creativity flowing. Please respect that.

| CHIBI COMMISSIONS

These are base prices for a single character.★ Additional character: +50% of base price. 3 characters max. They can be interacting or in separate files.★ Complex designs will be simplified. If the character design is still too complex and/or you want to keep complex elements, additional charges will be added starting from +3€.★ Additional complex props/decoration will cost extra starting from +3€ as well.★ For background options, you can choose between:
- transparent background
- flat/gradient background
- shaped background★ I'd appreciate knowing if your commission is for personal merch, a pfp, a fanfic banner, etc., so I can work on the composition accordingly!
